The office space concept begins with the variety and potential of different areas to accommodate diverse zones. This aspect, combined with the current trend of developing various workspaces and amenities to support diverse working and interaction styles, has shaped our concept.
Our concept also includes a sequential journey through the spaces, allowing for the discovery of their variety and the different working modes they offer.
Starting from the reception, which has a calm and welcoming atmosphere, the journey progresses through the other spaces, revealing their nuances. The entire area around the central node functions as an organism that starts from the reception and continues with the café area, highlighted by the curved lines used in the design elements.
Within the open spaces, secondary hubs such as meeting/huddle rooms complement the mix of workspaces and become collaborative nodes. The greenhouse, or green hub, serves as an informal node, a training and presentation area that mediates between two more formal spaces: the board lounge and focus islands—a less flexible area with stationary workstations. Although seemingly closed off, the greenhouse is designed to be a permeable space, inviting passage to the aforementioned functions.
